By accessing or using ProTickets:
- You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization
- If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProTickets
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal laws while using our service
Your subscription includes:
- 30-day free trial period (1 month) with no obligation to continue
- $24.99 USD monthly subscription fee automatically charged after trial period ends
- Billing occurs on the same day each month corresponding to your initial subscription date
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Access to all Pro features as described on our pricing page
- Priority customer support via email and chat
- Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer support
- No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- For Canadian subscribers, all prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes
ProTickets provides:
- AI-powered market analysis and insights for ticket resellers
- Event tracking and presale management tools
- Community presale code sharing platform
- Real-time market data and trends analysis
- Billboard charts and sales data integration
- Comprehensive event calendar with alerts
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
- Features may vary by subscription tier, region, or device
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of market predictions or financial outcomes
- Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
To use our services:
- You must register for an account with accurate, complete, and updated information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information
- You may not transfer or sell your account to another party
- Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended
- We may require updated information periodically to maintain your account
